I have been involved in Real Estate some way or how for over half my life! This includes being a Realtor, Property Manager, investor, house flipper, and even a landlord myself. Through all those iterations I’ve never considered myself a salesman, but rather a concierge. I’m not here to pressure you into something you don’t want, I’m here to help you figure out what you do want, and then how to get it. This authentic and hands-on approach to real estate has served me and my clients well over the years. A majority of my experience comes from working with investors and income producing portfolios, including evaluating opportunities, and managing long term investments. I’m proud to say that I’m still actively working with my first client from all those many years and transactions ago.
I was raised on the Eastside and while attending the UW I met a local real estate investor who sparked my interest in the field and became my mentor, advisor, friend, and when he retired, client. After a brief foray into the desert oasis that is Las Vegas, where I started and managed a real estate firm, I have returned to my hometown and enjoy exploring the seven hills and their surrounding areas all over again. A lot has changed, yet so much remains the same.
When I’m not playing with Real Estate you can find me outdoors having adventures with my dog, Ella, tinkering away in the kitchen with a baking project, or searching for the newest coffee shop or wine spot I haven’t experienced yet.
